Nearby there's a snack counter and arcade games. Upon payment of admission ticket, you can proceed to the winter gear counter and the Changing Area.

Be welcomed by our friendly staff upon entering Snow City. At a corner, there is a snack counter for light refreshments. You may purchase your tickets at the ticketing counter. Collect your jackets from the jacket room and boots from the counter

Polar Bear Gallery
The Polar Bear Gallery is situated in the Air Lock room, the gateway to the snow chamber. This room is maintained at 10°C, for you to gradually get acclimatized to the colder temperature inside the chamber. In the gallery, video playback of life of animals in the coldest regions of the world is shown. Posters displayed give insight to the life of the polar bear, aimed to create awareness and for education purposes.. A life sized polar bear display gives a surreal experience, face to face with the world's largest land predators.

Snow Chamber

The main attraction in Snow City, the snow chamber provides a fun filling experience for everyone. A chilling wintry experience, only one of its kind here, on our sunny island.

Snow slope

The 60-metre-long and 14° slope extends the entire length of the building, with the gradient sloping from ground level to almost 3 storeys high at the top. Walkway on one side of the slope provide easy access to the top. Fun seekers can slide down the slope in a variety of ways. The main activity available is 'snowtubing', where you will sit on inflatable snow tubes and slide down the snow slope. Certainly a fun experience for all adults and children.

Helmets are provided for children, as a precautionary measure, before they snowtube down the slope.”

Pictureworks

Have a memorable experience here be captured with a memento. Our friendly staff from Pictureworks will be around for photo services. After the snowy session, proceed to the Pictureworks counter to select and purchase the photos of your choice, and have it printed from postage labels to photo frames

The Snow Play Area

Upon entrance, you will be greeted by an ice sculpture of part of the Great wall of China. Ahead is the Snow-Play Area, an ideal playground for younger children and the young-at-heart. Beside just having snow to play with - think of having your very own snowball fights with your friends - fun features are also incorporated into the landscape. There is also an igloo an insight to the everest base camp for children to explore.”
