1. For your safety and comfort, you are advised not to enter the snow chamber or engage in snowtubing if you are:
   • Pregnant
   • Suffering from any medical problems relating to the heart, back or neck.
   • Not feeling well
   • Suffering from any condition that could be aggravated by this experience
2. All visitors entering the snow chamber must be appropriately attired in snow jackets & boots. You are required to be in long pants and socks. We reserve the right to refuse entry if you are not properly attired.
3. Bermudas, shorts or traditional costumes (e.g. sari) are not considered appropriate attire. Our waterproof pants are available for rental; and socks available for purchase, should you wish to enter the snow chamber.
4. Snow is slippery by nature. Please watch your step at all times.
5. You are not allowed to:
   • Consume any food or drinks in the snow chamber
   • Throw snow at another person's face
   • Walk or run down the snow slope
6. Children below 7 years are strongly advised to be accompanied by a guardian/parent at all times.
7. When sliding down the snow slope, you:
   • Must hold and sit on the rubber tube at all times
   • Should accompany any child below 7 years who is under your charge
   • Should ensure that a safety helmet is worn by any child below 7 years who is under your charge
   • Must follow our staff's instructions at all times
   • Should not carry any bag or item which may interfere this activity
   • Should ask our staff for assistance, if you are in doubt
8. If there is any emergency, please stay calm and follow our staff's instructions.
9. Please comply with all posted notice, direction and requests of any of our staff at all times.
10. While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure your safety and comfort, we will not be liable for any injury or death suffered by you (unless caused by our negligence) and for any damage or loss to your property. You assume personal responsibility for your own safety and that of any child under your charge if you do not comply with our notices, directions or requests.
