Additional Information

• Snow Play Admission: Starts from children aged 3 years old. 
• Glacier Luge: For children aged 7 to 10 years old, who must be accompanied by an adult. Helmets and gloves are mandatory for children. 
• Child Supervision: Children under 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times during snow play.
• Complimentary Admission: Available for children under 3 years old. Please note that our winter apparel sizes are suitable for children aged 3 years and above.
• Winter Apparel: Complimentary winter jackets and boots are provided but are subject to size availability. 

• Others: Any act of property vandalism in Snow City will result in a fine.

Drift On Ice Bumper Car Ride Guidelines

  • Visitors must be above 0.9m to ride the ice bumper car. Visitors between 0.9m to 1.2m must be accompanied by a responsible adult (above 1.2m) in the same car.
  • Visitors who are unable to redeem their ice bumper car ride on the same day of their visit can return within 1 month. Purchase of Snow City admission ticket is required should they wish to utilize any balance bumper car ride ticket from previous visit. Strictly no refund of purchased bumper car ticket.

• Outdoor Shooting Arena: Test your precision skills at our new facility.
• Safety Gear Provided: Safety goggles, face mask, and vest are provided. Covered shoes and pants are required. Please bring an extra set of clothing for paintball activities.
• Age Requirements: Activities are strictly for participants aged 14 and above, except for Soft Archery. Snow City reserves the right to deny entry if age requirements are not met.
• Activity Conditions: All activities must be completed on the same day and cannot be split across different days. Activities are subject to weather conditions and maintenance.
• Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase. Prices are exclusive of GST.
• Health Declaration: Participants must declare any symptoms like fever, cough, loss of taste or smell, conjunctivitis, diarrhea, tiredness, or shortness of breath. Those with symptoms will be isolated and referred to medical care. Expectant mothers are not allowed to participate.
• Alcohol and Drug Policy: Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to join activities.
• Minimum Participants: Each activity has a minimum participant requirement.
• Refund Policy: Snow City Singapore has a strict no-refund policy for cancellations and non-attendance.
