Yes! The birthday package is designed for kids 3 to 12 years old.
- Parties may be booked on any day during operation hours, pending availability. Party sessions are at either 10am or 2pm.
There is a minimum of 20 pax to avail to the package and maximum of 50 pax regardless of child or adult pax.
It is recommended to book at least two weeks in advance, pending availability.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve and confirm the booking.
The party can be rescheduled up to two weeks before the reserved party date, pending availability. Please contact the sales team at contact@snowcity.com.sg for assistance. Parties must be rescheduled before the end of the current calendar year. No cancellation and refund will be issued for confirmed booking.
Yes, you can. You can add the two celebrant names in the names section when booking, just separate them using the word “and” e.g. “Shawn and Lana”
Guests can bring in their own food, or have it delivered to Snow City. Outside food served to party guests requires a signed food waiver form. All food should remain in the party room.
No, you may bring your own however we do not have proper food storage at the premise.
Guests may not bring or use cooking or heating equipment. Please note that guests will not have the ability to reheat and store food. Guests are responsible for packaging and disposing of all leftover food brought into the party room. Alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, cigarettes are strictly prohibited.
Snow City does not allow the use of confetti, glitter, or silly string in the party rooms. Guests must use painters’ tape when taping decorations to walls. Tacks, pushpins, and/or nails may not be used. Decorations cannot be hung from the ceiling, light fixtures or any other equipment mounted on the walls or ceiling. Decorations may not be hung outside the party room.
Yes, you may arrange for a recce visit with our sales team.
It is located at the 2nd floor next to the Fountain Microbrewery restaurant.
The party liason person is allowed access to their party space 20 minutes prior to the party to decorate. Free standing decorations are highly encouraged. We do not allow the use of tape, tacks, nails, or adhesive to affix decorations. Any damage to walls or fixtures will be charged to the guest.
Yes, you may bring helium balloons to decorate the party room. Balloons must be tied to a weight. Balloons may not be distributed to party guests. All balloons are allowed in the party room but not permitted throughout Snow City.
Snow City does not supply any paper goods or utensils for the standard party package. Plan to bring your own plates, cups, napkins, forks/spoons/knives, and any serving utensils that you will need.
If you are running late, please call Snow City so we can tell the birthday team. Because other parties may be booked after your allotted time, we cannot extend your reserved time if you are late.
Guests will be directed to the 2nd floor, where they will register their attendance on a sign-in sheet for your party.
